I would like to express my frustrations regarding mega pillani valley mall.

On the 4th of January I went to Build it located in pillani valley mall, I made an quotation of 1 Room excluding roof.

When the sale person was assisting me she told me delivery was included in the total price of the invoice of which it was R19909.30, only to find that delivery costed me around R2800 and I was told that I will be needing 3 loads but on the invoice 4 load were puts, and when the 2 trucks came to deliver they were not full

On 5th of January I went to purchase 2 meter crush and plaster sand and I was also told 3 load will be able to deliver at the end they deliver crush sand with 1 truck but I was charged for 2 trucks for crushed sand.

The problem is that staff members and truck drivers has common goal which affect us as customers, at Build it you are told the number of truck will deliver your goods even if one truck has capacity but you will be booked more than 1 truck because some people my benefits during transactions
