Begging for a delivery for the staff i have paid for

Hi all On the 2nd of January I bought my material in Build It Bizana paid everything R52 000, and they don’t deliver for a week after that called them and they decide to deliver few bricks. Kwl construction people start to build and so much staff is not yet delivered, I complained to Build it HO and no action was taken. So I have to go to town now and again to beg them to deliver ,mind you I have paid for deliver fee ,so I’m using my money to go to town . Up until today I’m still waiting for a delivery.

I thought Build it was a good company but I can see I was wrong, I still need to buy 35 begs of cement but Build it is the last store in my mind. Is this how you guys conduct business, I have to send the construction guys back home now.
