Bad services from Built It Vredenburg

Yesterday i bought, nutec ceiling board, however i was supp**** with ome wrong board. I went to the them to ask them to rectify it. However when they deliver the correct board, it was damaged. I am still waiting for the correct board to be delivered. In the Process i have employees to pay and a deadline to meet. Spoke to a guy named Werner, who is in charge of deliveries, i asked him why can he nit come and deliver the board, as a show of good customer service, then he said he has other things to do. How ****ed up is this?
