Bad service offered by Build It Pinetown

I have opened up an account at Build it (Pinetown) to assist with hardware materials for building. I was horrified with the delivery service as the employees that assisted with the delivery are very rude. My delivery was promised 2 be Monday but fortunately I received it yesterday on Saturday but the delivery was an incorrect delivery and I was advised that they will add the missing products BT advised that I will pay for another delivery as they didn't bring the other orderd products BT I was advised that 1 delivery will b made thus far with everything quoted by the consultant. My delivery was incorrect and now I'm asked 2 pay more which is violating my consumer rights which is against the law
