Bad Service i have ever gotten

im really not a happy customer and if i could i would reverse back all the things i got,starting with Sharon the lady that did my credit at thuthukane she drags her feet and shows you that you are not important,she rushed us out of the store Friday saying she had somewhere to be and we must just take what is on the list.i had placed a order for a shower custom made guess what that never arrived and the plumbing has already started,so decided that i will take the standard 90 x 90 shower...i am waiting 2 days now for delivery and when i call the number they will answer and speak in the background you will have to hang up and call again.the service is very bad and after this i will never recommend anyone to go to tsakane build it.i called at 8 to confirm delivery they said the guy is out,i called at one they said they will call the guy and ask where he is and they will call back they never did...now its 15:34 pm i call and no answer...what kind of service is that?one day the shower is R1799 today the shower is stated to be R2000 so who is ripping who off since all things are on credit?
