Bad service from Build it Volksrust ZF

I bought building material close to R150 000.00,when they come to deliver the bags of cement they broke my cabinet. I've spoken to my sales lady Gcinile, I've spoken to Hester but nothing happens. I've logged the complain on the 25 July 2025 till to date no feed back. Build it Volksrust really disappointed me,I was expecting the store manager Kevin Kieser to phone me as I've already logged the complain but they are not taking me serious. I even forwarded them pictures of the damaged cabinet. I'm very very disappointed in the manner in which they are handling my complain. Communication from their side is very very poor
