BAD SERVICE

Im disappointed by the level of bad customer service I received at Build It Tsakane Square Ext 11 . I went there to buy 3 RhinoLites on Monday only to find out that I only needed 1, when I went to store the rude manager told me they can't refund me beacause there is a claws that they dont refund for cements but when I initially bought the products I was not advised.
