Bad service at Build it RichardsBay

Im am very disappointed with the service i received at the Richards Bay branch. The staff dont seem to be educated with the product or the manager is dishonest. I bought a garage roller door and was informed that all parts were inside. When i get home there were mo bolts. When i phone the store several people told to look inside for the bolts even though im told them there is nothing. Only when i spoke to the manager who then said that the doors dont come with bolts, when i asked him why the staff were asking me to look for bolts inside and why i wasn't told there weren't any bolts he just said no mam the door doesnt come with them, which doesn't make sense.....So now i had to drive all the way back to town to buy bolts, a trip which could've been avoided if the staff new there product, plus pay the van i had hired since i have a small car.
