Bad Service at Build It

I have bought items on Saturday (18/01/2020) from Build It (Build It Mamaila). They promised me to deliver on Monday (20/01/2020). On Tuesday I called the branch several times and they promised to deliver my goods the following day. Always when I call them, they were shifting goalposts. Then today (24/01/2020) I called and I found a guy by the name of Ali who insulted me (He told me I must wait and if he wants, he won't deliver my items and I am a bad customer why am I calling them every day). As a customer, I am hurting because I bought items that are over R23000. Now someone because he didn't feel the pain for that money just insults me. The service I am receiving is very bad. Now I can't start my project because of them. I will never go to buy products from this branch.
