Bad service at Build it

Such a horrible service and experience at Tshwane build it . On the 2nd March I bought a toilet set ( 6 piece) . At the branch they opened everything but never put everything back in boxes or used a bubble wrap to wrapped it for travelling safety. Unfortunately when I got home the toilet head was broken . No one is willing to help and this has been the worst service I have received. I really appreciate some assistance Cause I cannot afford to pop out more money and buy another one.
