Bad Service

I bought two two toilet sets from Build it Gariep burgerdorp last week and they were delivered today 12 of April 2024. Upon delivery I signed the delivery note of the items, I asked the delivery guy Sanuel the number of items delivered and he confirmed i signed the quantity received as I preoccupied with work. After the delivery we check the boxes received and we noticed that the one was damaged. I contact the manager (Leon) in less than 30 minutes after the toilets were received that they are a damaged and he tell me that there is nothing they can do because they left the the shop in good condition. I spent my hard earned money for me to just accept damaged, this is not the first this has happened to me
