Bad service

I was upset with the kind of customer service I got from one of the lady consultant by the name of Nelly, whom I asked where can I find ceiling boards...her response was: they are over there pointing with her phone while continuing walking nd she told me that she is already knocked off nd containing pressing her phone walking out the store and I was left stranded nd clueless.
