Bad service

Good day Build it I see your response you said you tried calling to no avail well I'm not aware of that. Firstly I'm very exasperated and disappointed in the way your store is doing business, secondly I wasn't even told from the get go when I had made a quotation that the store is a franchise. I'm only now being told by the Manager Edwin that it is a franchise when I asked for my balance to be reversed and they won't reverse my money and can't get me what I had requested. Now tell me how is that my problem if a store is a franchise? had I been given this information prior I wouldn't have went ahead with doing business with the store because I thought it's a branch and was closer to where I'm staying hence I went there.

I spoke to Edwin all the time via WhatsApp I still have the conversations,and he literally told me verbatim that I should make a quote anywhere as long it's a warehouse they'll get me what I want.He even requested a picture of the machine I wanted,days went by no feedback from him I texted him again and he sends me a picture of a pressure washer when I had requested a pressure sprayer,I said to him since you can't get me what I wanted kindly reverse my money so I can go elsewhere because I need that machine and he blueticked me.

I went to the store when I got there he acted like I'm a lunatic who does not know what they're talking about,then he said that machine wasn't on the quotation I had made before so he can't help me,mind you the equipments/material I bought already most are not on that quotation I changed the quotation a lot and as a customer I have a right to change my mind,if I'm not satisfied I have the right to go elsewhere period,I gave him a document of bank details to reverse my remaining balance I do not wish to continue doing business with build it thank you.
