Bad service

I Walter Modise Maputle, went to buy materials for building at my house on Saturday and delivery was made within an hour, And today went to buy another material at 08H06 to be exact and I called in at 10H58 to find out about my delivery and requested that they deliver a building sand first, called back at 11H14 to tell me the driver is still out, and when they finally deliver they deliver bricks first not a building sand, and in the process of dropping the bricks the broke my wall, I went to the shop to lodge a complaint and Manager says to me that 'He understands... So I'm not happy with that, that's a very bad service I have received from Honeydew Build it.. Kind Regards Walter Modise Maputle
