Bad quality

I have since purchased 40 pallets of bricks cement maxi at Build it. We have received 3.5 bricks so far and after few days we discovered that there are 79 more damaged bricks and even before on their first delivery there were bricks that were damaged but they did replace them but still not happy with the quality . And we are still waiting on the delivery of the other outstanding bricks. I have spent a lot on those bricks and I expect good quality not what we are receiving so far.

I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of bricks I've received from Build It Ga Sekororo. Every delivery has had damaged bricks, and the overall quality is subpar. it's frustrating to see that the issue persists. The damaged bricks not only cause delays in our construction project but also result in additional costs.

The quality of the bricks themselves is also a major concern. They seem to be fragile and prone to damage, which makes me question their durability and reliability. As a customer, I expect to receive high-quality products that meet my needs and expectations.

Build It Ga Sekororo needs to review their quality control processes to ensure customers receive high-quality products. They should also improve their packaging and handling procedures to prevent damage during delivery. Until they address these issues, I wouldn't recommend their bricks to anyone.

I hope the management at Build It Ga Sekororo takes customer feedback seriously and makes necessary changes to improve their products.
