Bad customer's service

I visited Build it In Middelburg last week Tuesday to buy a bath set .Wednesday I send a truck to fetch it and the drive was given a wrong one On Thursday when a visit the side I realise it's a wrong one I ask the driver to take it back and collect the correct one saying I must personally come WHY must I go there the drive pick it up with the slip and he returned it with the slip

I only got opportunity to go yesterday and find out why they started pointing figure at each other I called the driver in front of them and he said yes they refused to exchange for the one I chose in the first place

Every time I ask for the truck I pay R350.00 now I pay twice for nothing

It was even worse when the staff confidently calling their manager Mr Jaco Venter to intervene with the solution to deliver my goods He refused even mention that he is traveling to Groblesdal today but he will not deliver them I must wait until friday

I went early because I must give my client her keys on Friday he treated me like I am an interruption in the business HE doesn't even have an a answer why they give me an incorrect bath set and the consultant show him excatly what I wanted. Pathetic Mr how he treat customers we are paying for the services
