Bad Customer Services

<p>Hellopeter </p> <p>Today I went to Built it Emachobeni to look for an Extention cord. I got the cord and the price was R69.90. When I got tho the till to my suprise it was R89.90. I then showed her the price on the outside of the cord. </p> <p> </p> <p>She then called a guy(he did not have a name tag) so I did not get his name, to come and reduce the price since it dad the incorrect price, he said hhe does not have the authourity to reduce items.</p> <p><br />Cashier then called a second lady who also did not have a name tag she also refused to reduce the price she has short hair and she is dark</p> <p><br />The cashier informed me that the cords were on sale but the people from the shop forgot to change the price my response was that it is not my fault I am paying the price that is in the cord.</p> <p><br />She then told me with an attitude that she cannot sell it to me its either I pay the amount that is on the screen or not buy the cord at all she then placedhe cod on the side. She then told me the person who has the authority to reduce the prices had already left</p> <p><br />I then left the shop very angry and without the cord.</p>
