Bad customer service on both managers and sales Man

I bought goods at build it Honeydew and the customer service was very bad , the Chinese managers need to be taught on how to handle customer complains . How can a driver tell a manager that he can not deliver to a certain area and the manager doesn't do anything about it. I then ask for a refund and they refused...What kind of a shop is that really.I will never buy to you ever and you will lose more customers because of your bad service.
