Bad customer service by the store manager (Build it Dzanani)

<p>Sunday 05/02 @12:12 I bought a build it Soldering iron. When I got home, I switched it on and it warmed up but died before I could use it (I lost a customer because of this) and it was already late to return it. Monday morning 06/02 I returned the product to the store, the security and the cashier helped me well until the manager came (Hanif Patel) and made my experience bad. He told me he can't exchange/refund the product because it had been used (how the hell was I suppose to know that it's not working if I didn't try to use it?). I had to fight and shout to force him to give me a refund. I then asked him to write me his names, he then through a pen at me and told me to write it myself. I'm really disappointed that Buildit has bad store managers like Hanif. He should be removed from the store or give him customer service training</p>
