Bad customer service by Buildit CBS Edenvale manager
I bought cements at buildit on Saturday and wanted 1/2 concrete at Buildit CBS Edenvale. Their driver did not have a problem delivering my concrete since I stay 300 meters away from the shop but the dispatch manager by the name of Albert refused to deliver for us citing lack of drivers. Even after pleading with him and telling him that the driver said he would deliver , he aggressively refused and said he's the manager " what he says goes"
