BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BUILD IT LETABA.

Bad customer service from Samson the manager of build it Letaba crossing opposite bendzulani. I called from Johannesburg buying some materials from them to be delivered in Nko****owa. That was the 29 August 2020, I then process immediate payment same day . he then confirm the delivery date after liaising with the supplier. 3 days later after he promised to confirm the payment, I called him to find out if he already received the payment. He told me that he was being hospitalized instead of confirming the payment, I then ignored that and I was very annoyed. Then on the 11th Sep i called the store Samson again he told me that the supplier will deliver on the above mentioned date the 11th and he will arrange delivery as soon as they deliver, if not i will receive my delivery the 14th on Monday. Delivery was never done. I called the store on Wednesdaythe 16th, then Samson answer I then asked him to speak to the manager and he was like I'm the manager, and I was so irritated after the bad Customer service I got from him. He told me again that he was hospitalized while I wanted to find out why my delivery never took place, I then ask him to confirm wat was happening with my order? He had nothing to explain it to me, he promised to send a message after I rejected the phone call due to personal reasons. The message was never sent the next day. I was was so furious cz the payment was made the previous month. The same day on the 18th after fighting with the client on the phone he hang off the phone, I called him he never called me. After 30 mins he returned my call cz build they are very poor they have no airtime or phones to call customers. He was like you will get your delivery after 12pm with an attitude I rejected that cz I wanted the delivery before the 15th so I told him to deliver the very same morning he then hang off the phone . Guess what the delivery took place after 1pm with no delivery note? They never deliver everything and they never told anyone??? 2 days later someone came to drop off the sliding door keys without the lock????? 1st of all I wasted my time and airtime calling Samson to give me a VERY BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. TZANEEN & Maake built it they always give EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. And guess what after confirming with my mom about the SMS message from Samson, she asked me the retail name where a bought my materials. After telling her , she was like I once went to that store the very same manager he is so rude. You should have bought at Maake build. Today the 26th I called the area manager morethan 3x the phone just rings no answer the 4th call the cellphone is on voicemail. What the hell is going on?????? ????
