Bad Client Service from BuidIt Lichtenburg

I've had the worst experience ever. Firstly, they don't deliver immediately, so I was told to expect my delivery the next day (today) and I still haven't received it. I have been calling all day to enquire about the cause of the delay and have been **** to all day. On my last call, I was told by a guy who refused to give his name that the driver "forgot " to make the delivery. He was extremely rude and very had zero empathy for the inconvenience they caused. l regret ever taking my money there after being adviced otherwise. Ben Nel has excellent client service and delivers on time. It's a great pity he had ran out of the goods I wanted. Never again!!!!
