Bad Business practices

<p>I have never been so dissapointed with service before . I purchased bricks at this provider only to find that half the load is broken. </p> <p>When I took this up with the Manager I was told that they receive them like that from their supplier and therefor try sell it in the same condition. I was also informed by this person that I should not complain and listed the reasons why below :</p> <p>You are going to use the bricks so whats the point of replacing it.</p> <p>You got a discount(for purchasing a substantial amount).</p> <p>I would advise people to either steer clear of this supplier or purchase items with caution in order to avoid financial loss.</p> <p> </p>
