Bad attitude from Management

Building Material (sand)sold by the meter has no exact measuring tool. First time i bought from there it was measured with a BOB Cat. Today they told me they eyeball it. Really??? Called management and he screamed at me from an office never saw his face. He shouted that that never happened. He told me, that is the measurement they use and it is not debatable. END OF STOREY!!! Wow, rude, arrogant. I guess because Eldorado Park has no competition he will stay arrogant. I hope Build It (franchise) protects their name. Because many customers are treated like that. 😥
