Bad attitude and incorrect item pricing.

This morning I went to Built it in Paarl to buy a door handle. Myself, my husband and my son went to the store.<br> When the cashier was done with the sale the amount showed R201.00 ( incl.vat )<br> <br> I've bought the following:<br> * A Stainless Steel door handle, - R131.54 <br> * Euro S/S Round Cilinder -R23.64<br> * Packet of Frito's Barbeque chips- R3.95<br> = R181.40 ( incl. vat )<br> <br> I thought by myself that this cannot be true and told the cashier ( Marchelle ) that the price can't be right. Marchelle told someone else to check out the price and it was incorrect. She actually overcharged me with R19.60 unintentionally.Her superior, Mr. K rectified it on the till and just stepped away as if it was nothing. No apologies, no NOTHING. I told her that Built It should get their act together for items that scans incorrectly. She told me\ It's not my fault". I rep**** and said: \"" I know it's not your fault but you could have apologised on Built It's behalf .She had an attitude with me and was not interested in anything that I am saying. <br> <br> When I asked for her name "
