BAD ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

i ordered on Friday Morning, half the order came the same day. i was told the FULL order will be received by Saturday. the order was not received by Saturday and the bricks were dropped in front of the driveway where you cant close or open the gate and the contractors would not be able to access the workspace. i was threatened with violence by the delivery man and my construction is at a standstill because the order which is paid for in full is not completed. i was further told by the manager that he did not know about this and there is nothing he can do because of false promises made by his staff member. Personally i think a manage should manage as their job title states
