Bad attitude

A contracter bought Trusser hangers from built it in Margate. He thought patio decks is installed with Trusser hangers. Long story short he was fired and he was summoned by attorneys. I now want to return the trusses hangers for credit to buy other much needed items. Called and spoke to Charmaine. Funny but ONLY WHEN THEY DELIVER SARS invoices are given. If collected over the counter, no evidence of money received and stock sold??? Punchline in no way interested to ever deal with them and PUBLIC OF MARGATE AND I ASSUME SA N E V E R. but over the counter from Built it, if you need to take items back they are not interested to assist. If they don't generate extra income with delivery cost you will not be taken note of if you want to return over the counter items. Wonder what built it Head Office have to say about this customer care policy??
