bad attitude

We bought 9 palllets of roof tiles my bulder told me its too many i asked built it to off load only 6 pallets of tiles and i return 3 pallets i was tolled told that they will take 15% handling fee on the refund which is term and condition of the company when you doing a return tolled them its ok but also inform them i might return more tiles after tilling my roof they were fine with that. On the 7th of may i return 98 tiles i was asked to go to the back and speak with Razeen,Razeen told me if i want full refund i will need to off load the tiles my self my husband jump into the van and start to off load tiles assisted by Thozie our sales man and young men Zola when my husband was done Razeen told us we not gonna get our full refund he will need to take the 15 % handling fee, what bothers me is that when i went and bought tiles built it was willing to off load tiles in my yard now am returning tiled Razeen refuse for his guys to off load tiles and he told me i can go and speak with the manager if not happy knowing that manager is out of the office. I dont like his customer service at all staff memebrs were talking saying if Nadine manager was on duty Razeen would be doing whats right
