Awful customer service

The branch manager Graham at this branch does not care about customers,I bought 1500 bricks on the 12/03/22, they were supposed to be delivered on the Monday I understood, because apparently tracks don’t operate on a weekend I was told , Monday goes by without my bricks being delivered and hoped that something will happen on Tuesday , still no delivery and no call from the branch to at least notify me of what could the problem be, I called them on Wednesday they tell me the driver took a wrong number then guarantee me that I will definitely get my order on Thursday,I kept calling the whole day no one picked up the phone or called me instead to apologise, when they finally picked up I was told I’ll get my order on Thursday or Friday morning, today is a Friday no bricks are here and tomorrow will be one week since I purchased bricks from them with no communication, I’m from the branch now spoke to the manager (Graham) who’s so impenitent and was screaming at me that I’ll get my order today, I told him If they don’t deliver I want my money back and I’ll purchase elsewhere were they are serious about business and take their customers seriously because clearly they don’t care about their customers or the meaning of urgent yet we are the ones paying their salaries that manager needs to be called to order he acts as if he owns the place while being an employee hired to assist customers that annoys him , do your job and bring me my bricks I’m not going to beg you to do your jobs or to deliver my bricks I payed for them , I demand somebody in the senior position to apologise to me about this ordeal I’m tired of talking to people at branch.
