Arrogant sales ladies

In my entire 42 years on this earth I have never seen a sales person treat me with such utter disrespect. The ladies at your sales counter does not know how to deal with people, they do not greet, do not smile and are actually seriously rude at times, I have been a client for a while and every time I go to that counter I am treated by these ladies as if they doing me a favor, they get irritated when asked a question, I always dread going to that counter, the ladies look at you like you are busy irritating them, your job is to assist a client and not think you are better than them because you know more about the product, the arrogance portrayed by these people are astounding, remember you are only sales people and do not know who is standing in front of you.
I've asked around in my community and most if not everyone agreed that those ladies treated them with the same disrespect as what I was treated.
Their are two other stores(Bucco and Builders Express) within a kilometer of each other, I will rather take my business to them and not to a company who have staff members unqualified to assist clients that does not look like them(and yes I've said it, I hung around the store for a while that day monitoring these lady's attitudes towards certain people, and I was astounded and horrified by what I saw). Many people I know have already taken the route of going to your competition. .
