A Very Disgruntled Client

I have to admit this has been the WORST service I have ever experienced in my whole life. I am at the verge of losing my mind concerning the service I have received at Built IT in Centurion. I went to their hardware store on the 15/07/2023 and spent way over R20 000.00 to get Aluminum windows and doors. Few of the windows that I wanted was not in stock so we agreed I should come the following week on Thursday which was on the 20th of July 2023. I opted to go the next day to the agreed date just to allow them to deal with their logistics. On the 21/07 I was told they were still without stock bearing in mind that I had to hire a bakkie from Soweto to drive all the way to Centurion.

Granted. I allowed them another week for the windows to be ready. Still not luck. I reached out to their WhatsApp number where I started to speak to the staff member by the name of Reginald. He promised to keep me looped and will confirm when I should come collect my remaining windows and the door. He failed dismally in this regard. I was the one who still needed to follow up with him.

I was than sent a WhatsApp message 02/08/2023 confirming I should come fetch the door as it was ready to be collected.

I hired a bakkie again to go collect the door only to find out that the door was not there. Now tell me who must cover all this cost. I just received a call from someone calling himself Bafana. Not sure if I got the name correct as the call got disconnected and an hour later I am still without the call. The caller confirmed that he will take my frustration to the supplier. What I fail to understand is why should I be referred to the supplier while I have been in direct contact with Buit IT.

I am now demanding immediate resolution to this unacceptable matter and to be provided with confirmation when you intend to deliver my door. I am sure we can all agree that i have been patient enough regarding this outstanding door.
