2 Months and still waiting

I bought a Jo-Jo tank at Build IT Bothasig on 22/09/2017. It is now the 25/11/2017 and there is still no indication from Build IT Bothasig when we will get our delivery. We have called them at least 5 times in this period and every time they tell us we are on the list and the delivery should be over the next week and they are waiting on the suppliers.
