I bought building blocks on buidit online and after that i Recieved an email saying i mist fetch them things at Benoni branch and Iam in the ears ten cape. I called and asked for refund only for them to deduct a 1000 rand saying its a refund fee i want my money

25 Jul 2024, 16:34Nothing stated that on the website i went even now only the i insurance disclaimer no cancelation fee on the Site i read everything and i could have not proceeded with the transaction. And as far as my knowledge According to the consumer protection act,Consumers have the right to cancel agreements within the cooling-off period, without providing reasons or incurring penalties for doing so. And i only bought my things yesterday. I want my money back 1020 back to my acc no later than tommorrow
