Garagedoor ****

Ordered insulated garagedoors and paid in full. Upon receiving normal steel sectional panels they informed me that the representative of the insulated panelcompany made mistake with product code. This was not my problem or mistake. Build Inn undertook to solve the problem, and sent me fotos of the fixed product, which I couldnt see clearly. I was under huge pressure from the client in Mozambique and arranged transport to fetch the doors in Pretoria. When arriving I saw that they tried to make an insjlated door by glueing polestirene inside panels with loose pieces of sheeting on top, not even painted. The client then obviously rejected this because of poor quality. I then informed Build Inn, and they started with stories about me not giving them specifications on what I wanted from the start. The door they supp**** is insulated and end of the story. Its like ordering a Mercedes and receive a go-cart with Mercedes badge on. Payhetic and connoving service.
