Appalling service by Build Inn

We made a claim with Outsurance and they gave us Build inn to replace a damaged aluminum garage panel. They came and take the door down, placed it on the ground and left it there for three weeks. I had to make constant follow ups and empty promises were made all the time without being fulfilled. It took them three weeks to finally install the panel. After installation when they have left, we noticed that there are some chips on two of the panels that were placed on the ground. I then notified the insurance and they took the matter up with Build Inn, of which they arrogantly said there is nothing they can do because we signed the job card.

I send all the pictures to him of the door before he took it down and the after with the chips. He said my door had chips before, which i told him to produce the evidence of that, to this day he has not done so. Steven from Build in is very arrogant and i am left with two panels with chips.

Please stay away from Build Inn, their service is just poor and to them customer service means nothing. Rather spend your money with companies that will ensure value for your money.
