The team from Build Big Construction, was contracted to remove, clean, and reinstall our driveway pavers in a vertical pattern in what was supposed to be a 3-day job. However, the project suffered from persistent delays, causing it to stretch to two weeks, inadequate communication, and a noticeable absence of onsite supervision. Unreliable Scheduling: They started late and failed to show up on multiple agreed-upon dates. Poor Workmanship: The pavers were laid *****edly, requiring a section to be re-done, and cement was splattered messily on the walls (this was brought to the manager's attention and 11 days later he brought someone to try to clean it, which was not successful). Lack of Supervision: The manager, was rarely present, leaving us to correct his team's work and manage the flawed execution. Unprofessional Response: When we tried to negotiate a partial refund for the substandard work, we were threatened with the removal of materials, forcing us to pay the full balance to avoid further drama. This was a frustrating experience due to the unprofessionalism and inferior quality of work.
