dishonourable franchisor

I bought a franchise from this owner and upon my success I was given every reason why I will be de franchised only to find out that this franchisor was selling his products in my franchised area and hence why he wanted to defranchise me for him to avoid me taking legal action against him for breach his franchise agreement which gave me exclusivity to all clients in that area. I was even held hostage in his offices until I signed the defranchise agreement.
