Worst customer feedback ever!

Can I give a 0 for Worst customer service ever. My daughter's teddies heartbeat stopped working less than 48 hours of purchase. I live in a town that has no buildabear close by. You call but no phones are ever answered, this includes headoffice. I contacted them via social media. They said someone would be in touch. Followed up a few times but then they just stopped replying but they are still reading my messages. I told them how I was disappointed and upset that no feedback was even received on email even. I supp**** my email address for someone to get back to me but all on deaf ears. I took to social media and uploaded my comms on Instagram. Can you believe the arrogance of reading even those messages and not even a bother to say a word. My 5 year old wanted a teddy too from there. But the service is so appaling, I will NEVER spend another R500 on a useless bear thats now lying in a corner because my 10 year old doesn't want it without a heartbeat. I'm so upset 😡 😫 😒
