Poor online shopping experience!

Terrible, shocking service from their online store! I ordered online, no confirmation email, no tracking number, no phone number on their website to call and check. I email twice, no reply ! if the bear was not already on its way i would have asked for a refund! first time and last time I will ever order from Build a bear online!
