Buildabear it's a dog's life or cat got your tongue?

I ordered a CAT teddy for my kid online and received a DOG instead. Cherry on top: the description literally has "kitty" written on it which means that someone either can't read or can't differentiate animals. I have yet to receive any feedback from customer care to do the correction. All my emails have fallen on deaf ears.
