Build a Bear aint no Care Bears

Hi there I purchased 8 items at the time of the lockdown in March 2020 and understood that we will only receive the items after the lockdown has been eased so we had no problems with that condition. The items arrived in May, not all 1 item was missing and no notification was received informing me that the one item is either out of stock yet i paid for all 8 items, Build a bear easily took my money and not caring whether i receive all my items or not -Care bears? wheres the TCF? I then escalated to manager who attended to my query and assured that i could get a replacement with an additional gift and promised to staff that it must be delivered the same day of 22 May 2020. None was delivered but i understood as it was maybe late to do the delivery and gave time until the next day, to our surprise nothing has been delivered to date, 29th May 2020. I then emailed the workshop in canal walk and the manager yesterday informing them that we have not received anything, no reply. Care Bears i am now tired of making excuses to my daughter with regards to the items that we purchased and not received to items you promised and not delivered. I have given you time to respond but because of your empty promises made to rely on making a formal complaint.
