Amazing customer service after receiving a non satisfactory bear from the online store

I was so disappointed when I placed and order online and it arrived not to my satisfaction BUT I emailed them immediately and received a call apologising so much and asking if I would like to go into the closest store and go through the experience of creating one and get a free bag! I was also asked if this wasn't convenient, should they redo the order for me. I did not expect this level of customer service and am so thrilled. I love the BAB quality and this has just made me a loyal customer.
