Slowe responses

Found out if the place has enough spaces for a group to book. Got confirmation.

Got all the information the next day. Slow responses the whole time. Told not to book yet, after a few hours got a response back that they don't have space anymore.

If communicated earlier that they might have another big booking as well, it would've been okay as I could look for other places to stay.
