Bad attitude from the owner and unprofessional behaviour

My 2 year old was attending at the school from August 2017. On her first day of school this year they informed us that her class moved to another location. There was no notice or meeting with parents. I decided to move her from the school and explained my reasons to the admin lady. She promised in writing to refund my January fees on the 15th January 2018. On the 17th January 2018 I had not received my money. When I enquired with the owner, she said she does not know anything about me. I explained my case, only then she said she was told and I must send my banking details again. This time I was frustrated and asked her to send proof of payment. She just lost it and started shouting at me and cursing. It's the 18th January and I haven't received my money. Please help.
