Waiting for owner to change electric plug

I stay in Buh rein estate, Rosenvale. We had an issue of an electric plug, we reported it a week ago. We were told that we would ne assisted some time this week. The week is over and nothing happened. We are currently bathing with cold water as this issue is affecting the geyser and the stove. Im really disgusted by this because at the end of the month rent is fully paid. The owner doesnt care about the tenant just cares about the money. I really hate this because washing with cold water in the morning for work is not healty. Please assist me
