Unacceptable staff behavior

Let me start by saying that in all honesty I enjoy Bossa Buh-Rein's food. The prices are really reasonable and the quality of the food isn't bad. BUT, I have been living across the road from Bossa in one of the complex houses for over a year now, and I have honestly had enough!!!! 90% of the the time every night there is some employee at bossa that has absolutely no respect for the fact that bossa is situated in the middle of a security estate, where people live, and that revving a **** car between 00:00 and 02:00 is so disrespectful to the people living here and the fact that bossa staff/management actually allows this is beyond words!

I'm going to take this further and also address it with Buh-Rein Estate security as they are situated right behind bossa and also does nothing. Normal people live here, some have small babies, some get up very early, so please address your staff and be respectful towards the people that actually support you.
