Speed Bumps at the Gate

Amari Property Management are managing a Complex in Buh-Rein Estate by the name of Blue Lily Lane and it is where I own one Unit.

My problem is the Speed Bumps at the Gates.There are two Gates, the Access Gate and the Exit Gate and for some Strange Reason the Exit Gate is much narrower than the Access Gate. The Speed Bumps are wrongly set up and as a result it proved to be a challenge for me to Exit as one day as I was exiting , upon descending on the other side of the Speed Bump my car landed badly and my Car Radiator broke on impact and I had to replace it at a discounted cost of R17000. I approached Amari Property Management so as to alert them about the Speed Bumps problem and at no stage did I intend to get them to refund me.

The Management were adamant that it's a fault of my own because there are a lot of cars in the Complex and no one has complained.I was shocked at their response as that's the Nature of a Complaint that only those who have a Complaint will complain. I lodged a Complaint 3 Months ago and I continue to be ignored most probably because I am Black. Initially there were no Speed Bumps at the Gate, but understandably Amari put Speed Bumps at the gate in order to avoid replacing the Gates and Fixing the Walls every week because of people driving into the Gates and Walls without any Accountability. Because of the continued replacement of Gates and Walls they put Cameras in order to get people to pay for their Sins.

Here I am trying to get them to assist me by putting an extra Row of Speed Bumps strategically in order to cushion the landing on the other side of the Speed Bumps , they are flatly refusing.The issue here is not my speed , it is the Width of the Exit Gate as I have observed and noticed that other Drivers as well when ACCESSING the Complex,they do so at an Angle,thus cushioning the landing purely because the ACCESS GATE IS MUCH WIDER. I ALSO DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY EVERY I EXIT THE GATE.
