Pathetic service Bossa Buh-rein Estate.

Ordered sit down food and took almost a hour. I requested take away and the springbok carpaccio was nowhere near acceptable. The waiter said that he will refer the manager, but the manager greeted me ever so politely good bye. This after I have a generous tip to the waiter and left without a refund. Freaking UNACCEPTABLE... pathetic service!

Ps. I'm a very frequent customer of the brand and I have never ever experience this type of service.
