Nothing has been done

I have reported to management about kids playing between the cars in the complex with bicycles and plastic motor bikes. <br> I sent an email with proof of the damage to my cars, as well as proof of the residents children urinating in the gardens in front of the flats.. i received a response saying that the email was forwarded to the person in charge of this type of matters.<br> <br> i have not yet received a response from that person. I want to know who will be paying for the damages to my two cars? For i am not going to pay for the damages caused by other so called people who cant even look after their children.
