Money grabbing Buhrein Estate Management
We and plenty other residents of Clarendon Hills received a warning letter for ****s on our pavement along with a R165 fine.
A warning is indeed a warning, how can you fine on a warning?
The only little patch of our pavement that is not neat and tidy can not be seen from street view and its a little bit of grass that is growing through. This patch is less than half a square meter and I do the gardening myself every 2nd weekend.
A warning should therefor give us time to rectify the issue without giving fines straight away

I will not pay this amount of R165 until you rectify your poor work ethic and supply me with a legitimate warning and a fair amount of time to clean the ****s, which will only turn into a fine if I do not adhere to the warning.

In the Conduct Rules - 11. Owners Default
It states that if we breach any of the rules we have seven days to rectify the issue.
The trustees may only impose fines on members who repeatedly break any of the rules.
